HOW TO REGISTER FOR YOUR LIBRARY CARD

  • Adults: Two proofs of identity, address or ownership are required

    • Examples: driver's license, non-driver or other photo ID, birth certificate, tax bill, utility bill, deed, closing statement or rent receipt

  • Children: A parent/guardian is required to come into the library to sign the application form and show proof of residency on behalf of the child, as specified above, unless the application is submitted through the classroom teacher. Parents/guardians are responsible to see that their children obey Library rules.

  • Temporary Residents: The same proofs of identity and address are required. Juvenile application forms for the residents of the group home must be signed by the resident or counselor in charge.
